73 : Pharoah Rewards Joseph
Then Pharaoh said to Joseph: "Inasmuch as God has shown you all this,
there is no one as wise and as discreet as you are.
You shall be in charge of my house, and all my people will be ruled according to your word.
Only on the throne itself will I be greater than you."
Then Pharaoh said to Joseph: "See, I have set you over all the land of Egypt."
Pharaoh took off the ring from his hand and put it upon Joseph's hand.
He dressed him in robes of fine linen and put a gold chain around his neck.
He made him ride in the second royal chariot,
and people cried before him: "Bow the knee!"
So Pharaoh made him ruler over all the land of Egypt, and he said to Joseph:
"I am Pharaoh, and without you no man shall lift up his hand or foot in all the land of Egypt.
Then Pharaoh gave Joseph the Egyptian name of Zaphnath-paaneah, and he gave him for his wife Asenath, the daughter of Potipherah,priest of On.
