The Hebrew Bible has vowels around the letters and you can also print words with vowels using a Hebrew keypad window
I found combining this program with Bible Explorer gave me added information to effectively study words

Davar recommend uninstalling some hebrew fonts before the download ,I am not sure about this ,I never did and it worked fine but if you wish to do this and not sure how use your help and support on your computer to tell you how to uninstall them
